Applicants should possess:
Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent industry experience as a Chef.
Demonstrated experience preparing authentic Indian cuisine in a commercial kitchen.
Sound knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and hospitality industry standards.
Excellent organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
A robust work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering outstanding food quality and customer satisfaction.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $84,000.00 per year
