Spa Coordinator

Fixed Term Contract (6 months)*

Possibility of renewal or transition to part/full time at the end of the contract*

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Responding to emails and phone calls
Managing bookings and staff schedules; proficiency in booking and scheduling software is essential
Handling client inquiries




Ensuring the cleanliness of the day spa
Maintaining efficient daily operations, including stocktaking
Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus; updating emails and social media with information on recent treatments, public holiday schedules, and spa closure.
Handeling Gift vouchers in- stores
Assist in recommending products and selecting appropriate treatments for clients.
Resolving client issues effectively
Demonstrating the ability to multitask while maintaining composure under pressure
Exhibiting strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Requirements:
Relevant field experience is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour
