Responsibilities:
Greeting and seating customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages promptly
Providing recommendations on menu items and specials
Ensuring tables are clean and set up for the next guests
Handling cash transactions and using the POS system
Collaborating with the kitchen and barista team for a seamless dining experience
Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and hot beverages.
Operating coffee machines, grinders, and ensuring correct coffee calibration
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory
For some roles, Australian Citizenship is required and a current Defence security clearance is needed or applicants must be willing to apply (cost covered by employer)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
A positive and proactive attitude
Basic coffee‑making skills
Availability : Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm only. No Weekend Work.
