Tumbles Playhouse is a busy indoor play centre and café. We are looking for a friendly, reliable and energetic experienced Café All-Rounder / Barista to join our team, including basic food preparation duties.

About the Role
This role combines café work with general playcentre support. You will be part of a small, supportive team helping create a fun and welcoming experience for families visiting our venue.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality barista-style coffee and hot/cold drinks
Take customer orders and operate the POS (cash & EFTPOS)
Prepare and serve light meals, snacks and café items
Maintain cleanliness of café, kitchen and seating areas
Clear tables, wash dishes and assist with general cleaning
Support busy weekend service and birthday party sessions
Provide friendly and professional customer service to families and children
Help maintain a clean,
safe and welcoming playcentre environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous barista / café experience is required
Previous kitchen experience is required.
Ability to make consistent, high-quality coffee in a busy environment
Friendly, positive and reliable personality
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods
Team player who is happy to help wherever needed
Weekend availability is essential
Availability during school holidays is highly valued
