Key responsibilities
Process invoices, supplier receipts, and customer payments
Manage debt recovery
Maintain highly accurate stock and inventory records
Provide administrative assistance to the sales team to streamline operations
Deliver skilled, courteous reception support via phone and face-to-face
About you
Proven experience in a mid-level administration role
Minimum 1–2 years of proficiency using MYOB AccountRight
Intermediate capabilities in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Sharp attention to detail
Solid time management
Excellent communication skills
Must be based in or near Cannonvale / Airlie Beach
