Roman Pizzeria is looking for a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Front of House Staff Member to join our team.

About the Role

As a Front of House team member, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for every customer, taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean and organised dining area, and helping the team deliver outstanding service during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service
Take customer orders accurately and process payments
Serve pizzas, food and beverages efficiently
Assist with takeaway and dine-in orders
Maintain a clean, tidy and presentable front-of-house area
Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff
Handle customer enquiries and requests professionally
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
Support the team during busy service periods
Contribute to a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for customers and staff

Works well in a rapid-paced team environment
Has good communication and organisational skills
Is reliable, punctual and well presented
Can stay calm and focused when things get busy
Has a genuine interest in hospitality and outstanding food
MUST be able to work;
Wed & Thurs 4:45pm - 8:15pm
Fri, Sat & Sun 11:45am - 8:45pm
Previous hospitality experience is essential
