We are looking for an Experienced Chef to join our friendly and supportive team at HanOk Boxhill.

We are seeking someone with solid kitchen experience who is confident working in a busy restaurant environment. Experience and confidence in wok cooking is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes to a consistent standard
Confidently handle wok cooking during service
Prepare ingredients and complete daily kitchen prep
Maintain food quality, presentation and portion standards
Keep the kitchen clean, organised and secure
Follow food safety and hygiene requirements
Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods

What We're Looking For
Previous experience working as a chef or cook
Robust wok cooking skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen




Reliable, responsible and punctual
Good teamwork and communication skills
Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends
