Big Jim’s Pizza is a family run business serving the local community of Castlemaine for over 15 years. The business offers a wide range of products including pizza, ribs, buffalo wings, and lasagna. Big Jim’s Pizza has a great culture amongst employees where respect and positive relationship are highly valued. Big Jim’s Pizza requires a store manager who is able to lead a team in high pressured situations and ensure customer service remains a priority. It is expected of the manager to be organised, able to meet deadlines and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is able to maintain a positive work environment.

Job description

· Complete all preparation of ingredients including making dough and shredding ingredients

· Ensure staff are completing the required work including cleaning duties

· Making pizzas

· Banking duties including depositing cash and organising change of notes and coins





· Report to business owners on a daily basis

· Organising work roster and review staffs’ weekly time sheets

· Ensuring the cash register balances at the end of the night

· Stock take

· Previous experience in hospitality industry (Ideally in the pizza industry)

· Reliable and flexible in regards to work hours

· Leadership - Able to lead staff with high standards

· Communication – Must be able to give transparent instructions to staff and report to owners

· Honest

· Punctual

· Works well under stress

Job Type: Part time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
