Senior Project Manager – Major Education Building Projects ($80M)

Our client is a tier 2 main contractor that specialises in commercial, residential, health and eductaion building projects ranging from $50M to $200M. They’re seeking an experienced construction skilled with solid leadership skills and a proven track record to initially take the lead on an $80Mil school project.

What You’ll Do
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of major building projects
Manage programs, budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and safety standards
Mentor and guide a high-performing project team
Report project progress and risks to senior leadership

What You Bring
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar




7+ years delivering large‑scale building projects ($50M+)
Robust commercial and technical construction knowledge
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency with construction and project management software
