We are a well-established Brisbane pest control company with over 30 years of trusted service. We are seeking a high-performing customer service rep/telemarketer who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and delivering excellent customer service.

This role suits someone who is reliable, organised, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment where performance and accountability matter.

The Role:
Managing high-volume inbound calls with professionalism
Booking and coordinating technician schedules efficiently
Preparing accurate invoices, quotes and service documentation
Processing payments and maintaining precise records
Telemarketing
Supporting daily operations to ensure smooth workflow

What We’re Looking For:
Proven customer service experience
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy




Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy workplace
Experience with Microsoft Office (QUICKBOOKS advantageous)
Reliable, punctual and accountable
Experience with Telemarketing
