We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who has previous experience working in a busy kitchen and is comfortable with cleaning, food preparation and general kitchen duties.
To be considered, you must have:
Minimum 6 months kitchen experience
Experience working in a quick-paced kitchen environment
Positive understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
Good organisation and time-management skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends as required
Duties will include:
General food preparation
Washing dishes and kitchen equipment
Cleaning benches, floors and work areas
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
Assisting kitchen and production staff
Putting away stock and ingredients
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
General kitchen-hand duties as required
We are looking for someone who is reliable, quick, clean and willing to work. This is not a role for someone without kitchen experience.
Experience: Minimum 6 months in a kitchen or food production workplace.
