We’re looking for an experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our busy café in Marrickville.
Availability required: Sunday–Wednesday.
What we’re looking for
Solid barista experience in a fast-paced café
Confident with latte art and milk texturing
Able to produce consistently outstanding coffee during busy service
Excellent customer service and a friendly, confident personality
Comfortable taking orders, running food, clearing tables and helping across FOH
Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
Good communication and a positive attitude
The role
You’ll be working across coffee and general café service,
so we need someone who is happy to jump in wherever needed. We’re a busy neighbourhood café with a solid group of regular customers, so great service and personality are just as important as coffee skills.
