As a Cook at La Pause Miam, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard while maintaining a clean and organised kitchen. You’ll work closely with the café team to ensure smooth service during busy breakfast and lunch periods.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch dishes
Assist with food prep including salads, sandwich fillings, and baked items
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet café standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and protected kitchen
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies are low
Assist with daily kitchen prep and closing duties
Work efficiently during busy service times
