You'll pick and pack customer orders to a consistent standard, ready for daily courier pickup. Day to day that means:
Picking accurately against pick lists and order slips
Packing orders securely and to brand standard
Receiving, checking, and putting away incoming stock
Labelling and scanning through our warehouse and courier systems
Keeping packing stations and stock areas clean and organised
Flagging stock discrepancies, damage, or quality issues to your supervisor
Helping with stocktakes and general housekeeping
Following protected manual handling procedures — every time
What you'll need
Comfortable with repetitive lifting and manual handling up to 15kg (heavier loads are handled with equipment)
Solid attention to detail — we ship a lot of orders,
and a wrong item costs us twice
Reliable and punctual; the dispatch cut-off doesn't move
Works well in a small team
Warehouse, pick/pack, or material handling experience preferred but not essential
Own transport recommended — public transport to Mulgrave is limite
Pay: $26.68 – $31.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
Mulgrave VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
