Overview
The Gold Coast Bulletin has an open role for a digital editor, based in the Gold Coast region.
Responsibilities
Process journalists’ output for digital publishing using the METHODE system.
Adjust content with SEO practices, infographics, and video material where needed.
Set up the website news agenda and write catchy headlines to engage Bulletin audiences.
Distribute final material across all channels.
Study digital traffic reports and plan future content accordingly.
Support the editor in regular office management duties.
Qualifications
Journalist with solid digital content production experience and multimedia credentials.
Training in digital marketing methods such as SEO and data analytics, including hands-on experience or certification with Adobe Analytics.
