THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist in our Call Centre for 37.5 hours per week, working across Monday to Friday on a permanent full time contract.
Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, this role will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service in line with the Call Centre performance standards.
The key focus areas of the role include:
Handling inbound customer calls and process customer orders in an accurate and efficient manner
Investigating delivery inquiries
Responding to customer queries
Facilitating sales orders
Maintaining call KPI’s within defined Call Centre standards
Achieving all Individual objectives as directed
Knowledge of Company's products and services
Undertaking additional customer/Call Centre /business activities as directed by the Team Leader

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
Previous experience working in a customer service environment
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of individual KPIs
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Attention to detail
Willingness to learn
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
