Spa Receptionist – Unley & Semaphore

Front of House | Client Care | Admin Support | Permanent Position

We’re seeking a vibrant, organised, and caring Spa Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Temple Day Spa. This role blends luxury service with administrative coordination in a fast-paced yet supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting and hosting clients with warmth and professionalism
Managing bookings via phone, online, and in-person
Gift voucher and retail product sales
Hosting and coordinating group bookings
Providing front desk and general administrative support
Working closely with our spa team to ensure seamless client experiences

We’re Looking For Someone Who
Has experience in customer service, spa, salon, or hospitality (front desk experience highly regarded)
Communicates clearly and confidently
Is organised, calm under pressure, and great at multitasking
Is tech-savvy (Timely experience is a bonus)
Has full working rights in Australia
Presents and speaks professionally
