We're looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join our FOH team as a Duty Manager, with opportunities across a multi-site venue. Whether you're pouring the perfect beer, running a busy service, leading a team or creating memorable guest experiences, we're looking for people who take genuine pride in hospitality and want to be part of a great local venue.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar hospitality management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience opening and closing a venue
Experience with POS systems and microsoft excel
Strong knowledge of service standards and hospitality operations
Experience with stock control and inventory management
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A mature, professional and hands-on approach
Current RSA certificate – essential
RMLV – desirable
Knowledge or passion for craft beer would be an advantage
This is a full-time salaried position with a 5-day roster. Our venue operates without early morning starts or excessively late nights, making this a outstanding opportunity for someone looking for a sustainable hospitality career.

Supporting and developing your team
Working closely with the kitchen and management team
Overseeing daily operations and leading the venue during service
Opening and closing the venue and ensuring all operational procedures are followed
