Current prospect for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse and high-value property portfolio across multiple sites.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sites, managing lease negotiations, driving rent reviews, and ensuring full compliance across tenant operations.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, including Legal, Finance and Development while also managing relationships with external parties such as consultants, valuers and legal advisers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to portfolio planning, land-use strategy and commercial assessments
Review, negotiate and execute leases, licences and associated agreements
Manage rent reviews, tenant performance, insurance, securities and compliance milestones
Conduct regular site inspections across multiple locations




Provide high-quality property advice and reporting to the wider business
Improve and maintain property management systems and processes

About You
5+ years’ experience in commercial or industrial property management
Robust commercial judgement and ability to think strategically
Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder management and interpreting complex lease documents
Proficient with property management systems (Yardi highly regarded)
Confident communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Degree-qualified in property or a related discipline
