Ammon Leather is looking for an experienced Qualified Motor Trimmer to take a leading role in operating our Melbourne branch. This is an chance to become a key person in the Melbourne operation, with the potential to become Branch Manager.
Key responsibilities
Carry out high-quality automotive trimming and leather upholstery
Manage daily workshop jobs and workflow
Install leather seats and automotive interiors
Maintain excellent quality and finishing standards
Coordinate with Sydney head office
Manage materials, tools and workshop organisation
Work independently and take ownership of the Melbourne branch
Help lead and grow the Melbourne operation
About you
Qualified or highly experienced Motor Trimmer
Robust automotive upholstery and leather experience
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable,
organised and self-motivated
Able to work independently
Leadership or workshop management experience highly desirable
Australian driver's licence required
Basic to intermediate computer skills
