Seek is seeking an experienced Factory Leading Hand to support the Factory Foreman in the day-to-day running of our joinery workshop. This hands-on role suits a skilled cabinet maker ready to step into leadership and coordinate the factory team.
You will help manage production workflow, ensure safety, quality and timely completion, and mentor apprentices. Training is provided in-house and support is available for those with minimal cabinet making experience.
