Stockland is seeking a detailed Wholesale Coordinator & Contract Administrator to support our NSW wholesale business. You will manage contracts, lot allocations, settlements and reporting, collaborating closely with Sales Managers, builder partners and the broader Wholesale team.
Regular travel between Sydney Head Office and NSW assets is required, and you must hold a NSW driver licence with reliable transport to ensure timely governance, data accuracy and solid service delivery.
