AWX is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day management, performance and growth of the branch. You will lead the team while supporting the commercial and operational objectives of AWX, maintaining high service standards and strengthening client relationships.
You will coach the team, manage budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with employment laws, contemporary awards and WHS requirements, driving sustainable branch expansion.
