What We’re Looking For:
Proven Care Coordinator experience within domiciliary care




Ability to manage rotas and respond quickly to service changes
Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
Confident working independently and making informed decisions

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organise, and maintain weekly rotas for care staff
Coordinate care visits to ensure timely, safe, and consistent support
Build strong relationships with carers, clients, and external professionals
Respond to day-to-day changes, ensuring continuity of care
Support care workers with queries, updates, and service delivery needs
Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance standards
