Silanna, a global leader in semiconductor innovation, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Facilities & Equipment to drive performance, reliability, and innovation at their cutting-edge Brisbane facility.

This role leads the engineering teams behind mission-critical infrastructure — from clean room HVAC and fire protection to power generation and process gases — ensuring everything runs seamlessly in a world-class manufacturing setting.

What You’ll Do
Lead and develop high-performing facilities and equipment engineering teams.
Manage contractors and service providers to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
Oversee systems including fire protection, generators & UPS, chilled water, HVAC,



reverse osmosis, process gases, BMS & SCADA.
Drive optimisation: budget control, cost-saving strategies, and CAPEX project delivery.
Ensure uptime and reliability with advanced maintenance planning and CMMS management.

What We’re Looking For
Trade certification or tertiary qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related).
Proven expertise across HVAC, electrical systems, utilities, and plant operations in a complex manufacturing environment.
Solid leadership skills — able to inspire, coach, and empower teams.
Hands-on problem solver with a track record in process optimisation and risk management.
Excellent communicator, able to influence at all levels and translate complex technical issues into explicit solutions.
