Join to apply for the Paid Media Specialist (Performance Marketing) role at BespokeIQ. Join a rapid-growing brand that’s investing heavily in digital and looking for someone to take ownership of paid campaigns and lift performance to the next level. In this role you’ll be hands-on with Google Ads (your #1 channel), while also optimising activity across Meta, Bing and programmatic. Working closely with senior managers and the wider marketing team, you’ll set up, monitor and fine-tune campaigns to deliver ROI and spot opportunities to make accounts work smarter. Whilst paid media will be your “bread and butter”, you’ll also get exposure to SEO, content, email and website optimisation, giving you the chance to broaden your skill set and shape how paid integrates with the wider digital mix.

Responsibilities
Proven hands-on experience running and optimising Google Ads (priority channel).
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager plus exposure to Bing and programmatic platforms.
Ability to track, analyse, and improve ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CMS dashboards.
Confidence in making structural improvements to campaigns (ad groups, targeting, bidding strategies).
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress,



WooCommerce or Shopify).

Bonus: exposure to SEO, email, or content marketing, and an appetite to further broaden your skills across digital. This is a role where you’ll see the impact of your optimisations fast, and be part of a brand that’s scaling quickly and loves testing current ideas.
