About the role

As an NDIS Youth Assistant, you will:
Deliver engaging group and 1:1 training to build skills and confidence
Support participants to achieve employment, independence, and social goals
Create and tailor workshops to suit diverse learning needs
Provide end-to-end support including training, workplace, and community activities
Work closely with Youth and Workplace Consultants to support participant progress
About you
You’re passionate about helping young people succeed and thrive.
You will bring
Creativity and motivation to design engaging workshops
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence working with diverse abilities and behaviours
Resilience and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt in a quick-paced, changing setting
Good computer skills
Have roster flexibility and available to work weekends
Understanding of the NDIS (desirable)
Experience or qualifications in Community Services, Education, Youth Work (desirable)
What you’ll need
A genuine passion for supporting disadvantaged individuals
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to meet targets and KPIs
Life experience or relevant work experience (formal qualifications not essential)
