About The Roles

Get paid to work hands‑on, outdoors and in the lab.

We’re hiring Trainee and Experienced Soil and Concrete Technicians at our Brendale Lab. The role involves performing testing, preparing samples, operating equipment,



analysing results and helping ensure foundations and structures are built on solid ground. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, following safety procedures every day.

What’s In It For You
Pay Rate: $21 - $28 per hour for trainees (starting at $21 for trainees aged 18 years, with the pay rate increasing by age and trainee classification, in line with the Award).

What We’re Looking For:
Early-career individuals up to experienced soil and concrete technicians
Team players with a robust work ethic
Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Manual preferred)
White card (or willingness to obtain one quickly)
Silica and Asbestos awareness attainment ( or willingness to obtain these quickly)
Australian / NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
