About the Role
They are seeking a high-performing Key Account Manager/Business Development Manager to oversee and execute major, newly won contracts with two key Local Health Districts (LHDs) in NSW.
This critical position bridges commercial execution and clinical relationship management. You will orchestrate the successful rollout and installation of our equipment across various hospitals and dialysis clinics.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Execution: Drive the commercial agreement and strategic rollout of products into designated LHD locations.
Project Orchestration: Oversee the end-to-end installation of dialysis equipment into hospitals and clinics.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner internally with company clinical specialists, biomedical service engineers, logistics, service, and finance teams.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for hospital departments, dialysis clinics, and key LHD decision-makers.
About You
Commercial Expertise: essential - Proven track record in medical device account management, contract execution, or business development.
Clinical & Technical Credibility: essential - High clinical aptitude with the ability to engage in technical, peer-to-peer conversations with Specialists and Nursing staff.
Project Mindset: essential - Robust organisational skills to manage complex product rollouts involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
