Agility Partners is hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer for a top client in the Charlotte area. You’ll join an Agile team focused on modernizing web-based applications and delivering high-impact, scalable solutions across cloud and on-prem settings.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain applications using .NET (C#), React, and SQL Server.
Develop and support REST APIs and cloud/on-prem hybrid services.
Lead and mentor other engineers; participate in code reviews.
Own the full SDLC — from design to deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
Write technical documentation and contribute to architecture decisions.
Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices.

Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of full-stack development experience.
Solid in .NET, React, TypeScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
Experience with Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, Agile environment.
