Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an experienced Quarry Manager to lead the Axedale Sand and Gravel Quarry in Country Victoria, 25 minutes east of Bendigo. The role reports to the Area Manager and encompasses production, continuous improvement, health & safety, logistics and full P&L; responsibility.
You will lead the site team, drive cost control and performance targets, manage environmental and stormwater commitments, and uphold the company’s safety culture.
