Purpose of the Role :
As the Senior Project Officer, your role will include:
Responsibility for support and coordination of large workplace projects and change management initiatives internally, and in consultation with the other areas of the business, operating within policy, legislative and quality guidelines and standards to ensure successful completion within agreed performance criteria to enable enhanced service delivery. Initiating, influencing and maintaining relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business, and foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.
Harnessing and encouraging creative solutions in response to removing barriers that may impact on the success of the project. Original, creative thinking; exercising significant levels of independent judgement and delegated authority as required.
Locations Chermside, Woolloongabba and Maryborough - Fixed Term full time for 13 months
