We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Stores Person to join our manufacturing and production team in Prestons, Current South Wales. This permanent, full time role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our business by maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting logistics processes.
Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming stock
Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
Book transport and coordinate deliveries
Stock control and inventory management
General warehouse duties and housekeeping
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
Qualifications:
Current Forklift Licence (essential)
No formal education required; however, a basic understanding of warehouse operations is advantageous.
Entry-level experience in a warehouse or stores setting is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills for inventory management.
Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and lift heavy items
