Sea Spray Marine is looking for a motivated and reliable Boat Detailer to join our team.
Are you someone who takes pride in your work, has a solid eye for detail, and enjoys working around boats? This role involves cleaning, polishing, and presenting vessels to a high standard — inside and out.
Experience preferred but not necessary — if you’ve got the right attitude, we can train you.

What you’ll be doing:
Wash, wax, and polish boats to a high-quality finish
Apply protective coatings, including ceramic coatings
Clean interior and exterior areas
Regular maintenance packages
Inspect boats and report any damage or issues
Maintain detailing tools, equipment, and supplies
Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard
Present professionally and contribute to a positive team environment
What we’re looking for:
Strong attention to detail
Experience preferred but not essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
Current driver’s and vehicle license is required
