Job Description

We’re looking for a Principal Engineer – Civil Brownfield to join our Sydney Norwest team.

This role is ideal for a highly experienced engineer who thrives in a cooperative environment, working across disciplines to deliver innovative brownfield solutions. As a technical expert and mentor, you’ll play a key role in shaping our capability – leading projects, sharing your expertise, and guiding the next generation of engineers.

Day-to-day responsibilities
The technical Lead on brownfield civil engineering projects.
Providing technical expertise as a subject matter expert.
Mentoring and supporting other engineers to grow their skills and confidence.
Building solid client relationships and contributing to a robust pipeline of work.
Collaborating with the Building Structures, Water and Civil teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Brownfield Engineering.
Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and DBP Registered Design Practitioner.
Strong technical expertise with a hands‑on, collaborative approach.




Proven ability to work across teams and disciplines to deliver quality outcomes.
Experience building client relationships and contributing to business growth.
