We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support UTS Services.
This role will help promote and communicate updates across our products, ensuring customers, clients and internal teams are kept informed while helping to grow awareness of our services.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in marketing, social media and digital communications who enjoys creating engaging content and working across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Creating and scheduling website and social media posts.
Preparing and distributing communications for scheduled maintenance, service updates and recent feature releases.
Work with the Business Manager and Business Development team to ensure all communications reflect the latest product releases, updates and new features.
Producing engaging social media content to promote products, services and customer awareness.
Developing promotional campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Contacting clients and distributing promotional and marketing material.
Maintaining and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
Creating and sending customer email campaigns and mailshots.
Assisting with marketing campaigns, product launches and service announcements.
Monitoring social media channels and responding to enquiries where appropriate.
Analysing campaign performance and recommending improvements.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure communications are accurate, timely and consistent.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience in marketing, communications or social media management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Robust attention to detail.
Experience using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn.
Experience with Google Ads and email marketing platforms.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
A creative mindset with a passion for producing engaging content.
