contracts administrator - commercial fit out

Our client is a well-established commercial construction company specialising in high-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects across Brisbane. With a solid reputation and a growing pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts and variations
Review progress claims and payment schedules
Manage project cost tracking and forecasting
Prepare contractual correspondence and documentation
Assist with tendering, procurement and project close-out

Experience & Qualification
3+ years experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction
Commercial fit-out or refurbishment experience in Australia is highly regarded
Solid understanding of subcontract administration and commercial processes
Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a project team
