As a nationwide NDIS provider, we deliver person-centred services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and tailored disability support. Our approach is grounded in mindfulness, self-care, and community wellness.

We’re currently seeking compassionate and reliable casual Disability Support Workers to join our team. With a variety of shifts available, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends – this role offers flexibility and the prospect to build meaningful, long-term relationships with participants.

About the role

You’ll support participants with
Daily living tasks and routines
Personal care and hygiene
Medication assistance
Emotional wellbeing and independence
Community participation and social engagement
Maintaining a secure, supportive home workplace

This role is female only and requires travel up to 30 minutes.
