You will provide non-clinical, practical support that helps participants live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their daily lives — across both individual and group settings.
What you’ll be doing
Personal care and daily living — hygiene support, medication assistance, manual handling, domestic tasks and meals
Community access — social activities, appointments, and outings
Emotional support, promoting independence and wellbeing, including psychosocial and mental health support
Supporting participants in both 1-on-1 and group settings
Maintaining wellbeing, structure, and stability across a 24-hour care model
Following care plans, maintaining records, and keeping safety front of mind
Requirements Mandatory
NDIS Worker Screening
Australian work rights
National Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle
Comprehensive vehicle insurance
NDIS Orientation Module
Cert III Individual Support (Disability)or 6+ months experience
