Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Painter to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing various surfaces using spray painting techniques. Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and cleaning as needed
Mix paint and other materials to achieve desired colors and textures
Use spray guns and other equipment to apply paint to surfaces
Ensure a smooth and even finish by applying multiple coats and using proper techniques
Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment to prevent accidents and exposure to harmful chemicals
Maintain a clean and organized work area




Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spray Painter in the automotive industry
Experience with various types of paints and coatings
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow them at all times
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Trade qualification in Spray Painting or relevant field is preferred
