Our client is a well-established Brisbane construction company specialising in school and government sector projects. Known for their reliability, quality workmanship and strong client relationships, they have built a solid reputation delivering refurbishments, upgrades and commercial works across the education sector.

As their project workload continues to grow, they are now seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction site operations
Manage subcontractors,



trades and site labour
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification
Read and interpret construction plans and project documentation
Conduct toolbox talks and maintain WHS compliance
Monitor workmanship and quality control on site
Liaise with the Project Manager and provide progress updates
Maintain solid working relationships with clients and stakeholders

Key Skills
Proven experience as a Site Foreman, Site Supervisor or Leading Hand
Trade-qualified carpenter highly regarded
Experience delivering commercial, education or government projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and site activities
Solid understanding of site safety and compliance requirements
White Card and relevant construction tickets
Blue Card (or ability to obtain) for working on school sites
Current drivers licence
