Caring Arms Australia is expanding its Support Coordination division across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle regions. We are looking for experienced Support Coordinators who can manage their own caseload, navigate complex situations and build trusted relationships with participants, families and specialists.
You will help participants understand and implement their NDIS plans, make informed choices and get the best possible value from funded supports.
