We are looking for an experienced Senior Dot Net Developer for a leading IT consulting client in Sydney. Our client is a dynamic and growing consulting firm with a focus on delivering innovative digital solutions to leading banks, ASX-listed companies, and government agencies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with expertise in ASP.NET, C#, Web service,.Net 4.0, and experience with developing, testing & implementing custom software solutions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing, maintaining automated build and deployment using Azure pipelines.

Some of the key responsibilities are to:
Design, develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET Core 5.0, C# and F# with Angular/React front ends.
Work with the development team to understand client requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Work with the development team to ensure applications are developed and deployed with high quality and high performance.
Develop and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines using Azure Pipelines.
Work with the development team to ensure that applications are deployed to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
Develop and maintain SQL Server databases and data loading technologies.




Participate in code reviews, mentoring and knowledge sharing activities.
Continuously improve and streamline development processes and practices.
Keep up-to-date with new technologies and trends

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
Strong experience with ASP.NET, C#, KendoUI, Web service, .Net 4.0, Web API, Asp.net, C#.Net, .Net Core, Web API, MVC, HTML5.
Solid understanding of ASP.NET Core 5.0.
Strong experience in using Azure Pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
Experience using Azure Repos and Git for source code management.
Experience using Azure Repos or Git GUI and CLI tools.
Strong experience in developing applications for the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
Solid experience in developing SQL Server databases and data loading technologies.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team workplace.
