Senior Car Park Attendant (Contract to end of June 2026) – Immediate Start

Synergie Australia has partnered with a progressive, community-focused organisation seeking an experienced Senior Car Park Attendant.

Pay & Advantages
$34.87 – $40.52 per hour (depending on experience)
25% loading on Saturdays
50% loading on Sundays
20% loading after 10:00pm

This is a contract role through to June 2026 with an immediate start.

About the Role
Supervise and support Car Park Attendants
Handle enquiries and complaints professionally
Assist with daily administration of parking stations
Maintain car park equipment (minor repairs as needed)
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service

About You




Previous experience in the car park or parking operations industry (essential)
Supervisory or team leader experience
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
Ability to prioritise in a rapid-paced setting
Comfortable working evenings and weekends
Commitment to safety and service excellence

Hours (40.5 hrs per week)
Thursday & Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 3:30pm – 12:00am
Monday: 3:30pm – 12:30am
