About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced All-Round Butcher – Wholesale to join our team.

Key Duties
General butchery duties in a wholesale workplace
Meat preparation and mincing
Packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
Working to daily production and wholesale order requirements
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and WHS standards
Portion cutting of meat products

Requirements
Holds recognised butchery qualifications
Has experience working as a butcher (wholesale or retail)
Is physically capable of manual handling up to 25kg
Has unrestricted working rights in Australia
Portion cutting experience
