EML Group is seeking a Technical Specialist to drive technical excellence across our Group Life Insurance claims team. Based in NSW, QLD or VIC with the flexibility to work from home 3 days per week after training.
You will coach Case Managers, partner with Team Leaders and insurer partners on TPD, Income Protection and Terminal Illness claims, and lead continuous improvement to ensure compliant, high-quality outcomes of claims management.
