We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to join our Asset Management team. You’ll be the key contact for a portfolio of retail properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant. What You’ll Be Doing
Manage a diverse national portfolio of retail properties
Lease administration, renewals, and tenant vacates
Conduct inspections and coordinate maintenance
Prepare and reconcile budgets and outgoings
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate records in Cirrus8 and SharePoint
What we’re looking for
Experience in property or asset management
Strong knowledge of the Retail Leases Act 2003 or or equivalent legislation in other Australian states and territories
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Cirrus8
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
High attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach
A passion for property and delivering exceptional service
Current Australian real estate licence required
