The exciting prospect
Casual role with a variety of shifts available
Deliver high quality clinical care to residents of our homely 45 bed Menaville aged care facility in Rockdale
Conduct and analyse assessments to determine care needs
Formulate and update person centred care plans aligned to residents needs and wishes
Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that accurately reflect the care delivered
Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

About you
Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
Experience in residential aged care and a passion for providing the elderly with person centred care
Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
