Odyssey House NSW is seeking a Lived Experience Peer Worker to support people affected by alcohol and other drugs in the Northern Beaches region of Sydney. You will draw on personal recovery experience to provide peer support within a trauma-informed model of care.
The role spans the Sydney North region (Hornsby, Northern Beaches and Ryde) as the service grows, and requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining qualified boundaries and autonomy.
