We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our growing caravan manufacturing team. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge and a passion for quality, efficiency, and team development.

About the Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring all caravans are built to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. You will lead a team of trades and assembly staff while maintaining a safe and productive work setting.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
Lead, mentor, and support production staff
Ensure build quality meets company and industry standards
Monitor workflow, productivity, and deadlines
Liaise with management, sales, and procurement teams
Maintain workplace health and safety compliance
Identify and implement process improvements
Manage stock control and material usage





About You
Proven experience in a supervisory role (caravan, RV, or similar manufacturing preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Solid understanding of caravan construction and components
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Knowledge of WHS requirements
